1 can of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of green curry paste
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 red pepper
Sprigs of basil cooked and as garnish
Simmer coconut milk, green curry, brown sugar, fish sauce, basil and red peppers until peppers are slightly tender.
Broil salmon separately. This sauce goes really nicely with chicken or beef as a substitute for the salmon. A splash of lime makes the salmon taste great.
Texmati rice or basmati rice are the perfect compliment.
